Professional Personnel
HIS employs approximately 50 people of which 40 are field or warehouse individuals. Our Project Managers have thirty-six years cumulative experience in the industry. All field personnel are in uniforms, which readily identify HIS and the individual. HIS insists on a background check and Drug Screening for all employees.
HIS continues to attract and retain exceptional people by including them in all phases of planning and goal setting and by tapping into their individual creativity. We enjoy working together and having fun!
Meet our Team
Bill and Melissa Miller
As President, Bill oversees HIS' growth and development and sets the course for future business. Bill came from the Furniture Dealer side and joined HIS as Operations Manager in 1988. He then took full ownership in 1994. Under his leadership, the company has tripled in size adding many different services.
Melissa serves as HIS' Vice-President and Manager of Human Resources. Her greatest strength is her ability to work with employees and clients to create the "Customer Mania" climate. She directs training, annual planning sessions, writes Standard Operating Procedures and Handbooks. She is an advocate for Community Outreach and Sustainability causes.
