1. Does HIS sell office furniture?

No. We build, change, and rearrange what you currently have in your space or what you have ordered for a project.  HIS has installed every major product line of every major manufacturer and most minor lines, as well.  We have relationships with most dealers and several companies offering refurbished product.  May we introduce you?

2. What do I need to know about your insurance?

HIS is fully insured including general liability, property, vehicle, and workers compensation.  Regarding certificates of insurance proceed with caution.  Insurance has become expensive enough that some "pirating" of certificates and misrepresentation of coverage is taking place.  To protect yourself, always insist on receiving your certificate directly from the insurance carrier or agency and have your risk manager or agent inspect it.

3. Do you accept credit cards?

HIS accepts all major credit cards.

4. How long does it take to get a quotation?

Our goal is no more than four hours to have your written quote back in your hands.  We will immediately price simple requests on the phone with you or will get back to you in less than thirty minutes.  Project quotations requiring site visits or needing additional information will be completed next day.

5. Do you have a formal training program for your crew?

Yes.  Our Field Crew is trained using modules from various lines of office furniture. They also receive training in customer service as well as Standard Operating Procedures.   We have a full-time training manager who manages this aspect of our business.

6. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes.  HIS offers the only two year warranty on all service work.  You may discover that manufacturers will only warrant your furniture purchase if you use their local dealer's installation group. Actually, their warranties read that the product warranty is void if the product defect is caused by the unauthorized service group.  HIS has never had a product warranty issue in over thirty years of furniture installations.
