Getting Started

Carpet Care

A trained MilliCare representative will analyze your space for you and create a color-coded floor plan that designates when and how often each area of your office should be cleaned, from your carpet to your textiles.

Your maintenance plan is based on a variety of factors including high, medium, and low-traffic areas, as well as textiles, problem odors, and entryways. One of the best ways to make sure your carpet holds up over time is to make sure that the individual fibers stay clean and strong.

MilliCare's dry polymer system leaves your fibers smooth and clean. Other systems leave water and soap residue behind that can weaken the fibers, cause rapid re-soiling, and leave your carpet susceptible to mold and bacteria growth. Many times, seating, panel fabrics, and other textiles you thought were beyond saving just need a healthy dose of MilliCare.

Hard Floor Care

HIS is IICRC certified in hard floor maintenance and provides hard floor maintenance and repair of all wood, stone, tile, and VCT flooring.  Available services include but are not limited to cleaning, buffing, waxing tile floors and refinishing and repairing of all hardwood floors. HIS uses green cleaning products for hard floor care.
