Receiving and Storage

Our Receiving Process Supports your Project

Our warehouse staff is available to receive product orders from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. When the manufacturer's or common carrier's truck arrives, our staff unloads and reconciles against the bill of materials, inspects for visible damage, takes photos, and notates the driver's copies.  The receiving record is created and sent to you, usually within four hours.  The product is placed into storage or delivery bays.

We Reconcile for You

Next, we check the shipment against your original purchase order or delivery ticket and note any differences. This information is again sent to you; saving your staff valuable time.

Storage for Your Project or Inventory

HIS offers over 31,000 square feet of modern racked furniture storage to care for you facility assets. The storage and receiving areas are separate in our fully sprinklered building.  The facility is staffed by detail-oriented personnel trained in proper operating procedures.
