Installation Services, Inc. (H.I.S.) started in 1975 with many of its
current personnel conducting systems and conventional
installation and rearrangement. It has grown to about three million
dollars in annual sales which is all service related as no furniture
is bought or sold. The current owner is William F. Miller who has
been associated with HIS since 1988 and succeeded to ownership in
1997 (additional company information through Dun and Bradstreet. (Dun's #
05-858-7007).

H.I.S. employs
approximately 50 people of which 40 are field or warehouse
individuals. The Field Account managers have thirty-six years
cumulative experience in the industry. The majority of people at
H.I.S. are employees (rather than
contractors, which is common in the industry). All field personnel
are in uniforms which readily identify H.I.S.
and the individual. H.I.S. insists on a background check for
all employees. |

In order to maintain premier
service and quality standards,
H.I.S. has an on-site, full-time training manager
who thoroughly teaches new employees as well as offering
continuing education classes. You can be assured that every
H.I.S. uniformed employee
and supervisor has successfully completed required course
study before being assigned duties. |

attention to your needs with direct two-way radio
communication with our crews and field managers. By carrying
radio handsets at all times, supervisors in transit as well
as on site are available instantly to receive changes and
other instructions. Our service vehicles are tracked 24 hours
a day for immediate updates on the status of your assignment. |
