Our experienced Project Managers will visit your site to evaluate your workplace needs. They will meet with appropriate personnel and review existing information, plans or drawings. They will then provide a written quotation which covers the scope of the proposed project. After the project is underway, the Manager will visit the site to insure all time lines are being met. At the completion of the project, they will be on site to insure the punch list is completed to your satisfaction.
If you are from a regional or out of state location and are working with a client in the Houston area, we can save you time and money by providing one of our own Project Managers. This time is included in your quotation at no extra charge.

To accommodate downsizing or additional employees, HIS offers the expertise of its Project Managers with extensive industry experience to visit your site. They will provide plans to help create the most efficient and cost effective use of your existing furniture. HIS can also recommend one of our partners for your new or used furniture needs. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your furniture and full system rearrangements and specialize in the elimination of downtime.

With over 35 years in the furniture service business, HIS knows the ins and outs of office furniture. As furniture consultants, we are able to represent our clients' needs and assist in recommending furniture that will be the best fit for your work space. Through a discovery process, we determine your furniture needs and evaluate your office space. We match your needs to our network of new and pre-owned furniture dealers. After the order is placed, we will manage, install, and warrant our work.

How We Communicate
Communication is one of the cornerstones for success in any relationship. Here at HIS, we constantly strive to improve our communication channels with our staff, field crew and customers. Our Field Personnel and Project Managers are equipped with cell phones that have photo and e-mail capabilities. As our client, you will receive up to date photos of your project as our Supervisors will e-mail them directly from the jobsite. This will keep both local and inter-market customers in the loop. HIS now has video capability for selected projects which will be sent end-of-day to out-of-town clients.
